GradCity is very much aware that events related to the ever-evolving COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our daily lives has created uncertainty and hesitancy, especially when it comes to travelling. We continue to diligently work to provide you with superb service, transparency and updates.

We understand some of you may be experiencing difficulty reaching a live agent or a slight delay in email response as our team is currently focused on assisting those with scheduled travel between now – May 31, 2020. If your scheduled travel dates are further out, please consider contacting us at a later date. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate these rapidly changing times.

We know you are concerned about your trip and the uncertain future. We are diligently working to care for all of you. We will continue to process your emails, calls and requests as quickly as possible.

For all reservations with original scheduled travel prior to May 26, 2020:

Here is what you need to know –

  • You should have received an email from GradCity highlighting your options. If you have not received this please contact us by email [email protected].

For all reservations with scheduled (original or postponed) arrival after June 1, 2020:

Here is what you need to know –

  • All reservations booked for arrival after June 1, 2020, your reservation is as scheduled.
  • Updates will be sent out from our Customer Care department starting May 15, 2020.
  • Updates will be sent in chronological order based on departure date and destination.
